The campaign is set up to receive leads from your publisher, You need to provide posting instructions to your publisher, and Your publisher needs to map them in their posting platform to post leads.
SmartPost is offering types of Campaigns. • Inbound: Inbound Campaigns are setup to receive leads from publishers for business use. • Service Campaign: When received leads need to be rerouted to your buyer and keep you save a copy of it. In this type of campaign, you need to connect the Service to the campaign.
Select Campaign and Publishers from Main Menu: 1. Click on "Campaigns." 2. Click on "Add Campaign.” 3. Select Fields.
Depends on the Plan you are using. Please refer to Plans.

The Services are set up to send leads to your client/buyer, Your client/buyer needs to provide you with posting instructions for mapping.
SmartPost is offering to Post leads via Get and Post Methods and Email Posting.
You need to add your client profile and Set up posting API first. Select Client and Services from Main Menu: 1. Click on "Client". 2. Click on "Add Client". Insert your client/buyer's basic details. 3. Click on "Add Service API". 4. Click on "Add Service" or Select Client and Services from Main Menu: 1. Click on "Services". 2. Click on "Add Service". 3. Select your desired Client and Map fields

You need to map the fields correctly as per posting instructions Select Client and Services from Main Menu: 1. Click on the "Service" you want to copy. 2. Click on "Edit Service". 3. Click on "Copy".
SmartPost helps you to make sure your buyer is getting what they are looking for. To Apply filter; 1. Select the field 2. check on the "Condition" box Note: The numerical condition can be applied to numeric fields only. For Text fields, add a droplist in fields.

Email service is to send leads via email in CVS form along with Posting leads in the client's CRM or email only. To Send a lead via Email insert an E-mail address while creating the Service.
Fields are the required pieces of information for the campaign or service, you want to collect or send.
Publishers are your vendor who is to send you leads. You need to set up their account to provide them with credentials, Which help them validate themselves at SmartPost. You may log in to SmartPost to check their submissions.
Select: Publisher and campaigns" from Main Menu: 1. Click on "Publishers". 2. Click on "Add publisher". Insert your client/buyer's basic details. SmartPost will send an invite email to your publisher along with their login credentials
To Create posting instructions for your Publisher, You need to allocate a campaign against their profile. Go to the Publisher profile and check the Campaign you want to allocate.
DNP (Do Not Post) is a list of the phone numbers that are blacklisted on your record. Once you add any Phone number to DNP, that particular phone number can not be posted to any of your client/buyers.
1. Click on Utilities on Main Menu. 2. Click on DNP 3. Click Add contact You may add contact numbers ONE by ONE or add a CSV file. All numbers should be in the first column and should not have any header.
A suppression list is provided by your buyer which they don't want you to send them. This could be because these are their existing customers are blacklisted, customers. You may add a suppression list against any Service, Campaign, or Client.
SmartPost makes it easy for its valuable customers to avoid any uncertainty because of compliance. To integrate BLA key, simply Go to Utilities >> BLA >> Insert your API key >> Click on integrate,.
Data Sorting is a unique feature of SmartPost, where you can scrutinize your million of data and create a leads file according to your requirement.
You can upload all your data files in one place and create a new file according to the requirements of your field information. For your example: Your data includes leads from all states of the United States but you are only looking for FL, you simply apply the FL filter and SmartPost will prepare a file of records from FL only.
SmartPost believes in the hierarchy and division of authorities. You can create an account for your coworkers according to their roles. Admin: Admin users have full privileges to all sections. Agent: The agent can post leads and see his own submissions only. TPV Verifier: A TPV can post leads and can review/repost leads in parked leads/submissions. You still need to allow him, which campaigns are allowed for him to review in his account profile. TPV Manager: TPV Managers are given privileges to add and edit TPV Verifer/Agent accounts along with all privileges TPV verifier/Agent has. TPV Managers have access to add suppression, DNP, and list. Data Manager: Data Manager has rights to submissions, Data Sorting, Suppression, DNP.
A roster list is given by your client when they want a specific agent name/ID field on every post you send. Your agents will see a drop list of roster in company field while posting. Company filed is only used for roster.
Select Company Field while creating Service. Then come back to Roster from Main Menu "Set Up" Upload provided CSV file against your services name.
Templates help to create services quickly and remind you what particular fields are required for particular veritical.
Submission is a list of posts you every submitted to any of your clients. You may apply filters to find your required posts only.
SmartPost helps you repost any of your leads with one click to the same or different client. To Repost click on Action on most right and click repost. Select your desired client >> Click Seach >> Repost.
Send a number of leads in one click. Select the leads you want to send >> select service from Service Drop list >> Click Post Bulk Leads
The query string includes all the details of field names and values you are posting against any API. This helps your client if you are posting the right value in the right fields.
The response is a reply from your target server. Which helps you know, the acceptance of the lead you sent.
This is a unique ID SmartPost generates against each received/sent lead. This help you find the right lead easily.
Parked leads are those leads that are intended to be saved for TPV review. In order to park leads, you need to keep the trigger mannual in service.
RFC is a feature in which your client can return your submitted leads if that particular lead is not accepted for any valid reason. You still have the option to accept or reject the requested return.
